Keekers has been working on learning the letter F over the last two weeks. I am loving spreading one letter over two weeks as it’s allowing us more fun time to get into some things, and with letter F, I had such a hard time picking just a couple of themes!
We landed on flowers, frogs and fish (a must in our home!), and kept our worksheets and crafts circulating around those.
The theme packs came from my favourite sites for tot printables, here are the links where you can get them!
Animal ABC from 1+1+1=1: F is for Frog
ABC Do-a-dot pages and Phonics Coloring Pages from Homeschool Creations
Pond Preschool Pack from Homeschool Creations
Letter F worksheets from education.com
Craft ideas and some worksheets from Making Learning Fun
The books I put on hold from our library and picked up while the kids were at swimming lessons. It was hard to find some of the ones I wanted, but it was a fairly successful haul! I didn’t stick strictly to theme, just grabbed a lot of other books that were good exposure to letter F also.
I THINK I may take out the most books of all our homeschool group families. LOL
