1 cp milk
1/4 cp cold water
2 eggs
1/4 cp whole wheat flour
3/4 cp flour
pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
Blend all but butter together. Add butter and blend again. Refrigerate batter for 1 hour.
1/4 cup of batter per crepe. 30 seconds on each side.
