Here in “the frozen north”, IE Canada, the ground is indeed beginning to freeze. As have my toes in my five-finger running shoes the past couple of runs. It’s enough to make a girl want to curl up and hibernate! But there are so many benefits to continuing to work out, especially through the cold weather months! Your body actually gets in better shape during the winter than ever before!
