6 apples (about 4 cups)
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/3 cp flour
3/4 cp brown sugar
1 1/2 cp quick rolled oats
1/2 cp canola oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Arrange apples in bottom of greased 8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. In a bowl, combine topping ingredients. Spread evenly over apples.
Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping golden brown.
