6 cp flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 cp butter
2 cp sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry and add to butter mix. Mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Roll to 1/4″ thick and cut into desired shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
Makes about 8 dozen 3 inch cookies.
