10 tbsp butter
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 cp firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cp chocolate chips
1 1/2 cp white chocolate chips
1/2 cp crunchy peanut butter
sprinkles, M&Ms, smarties, white chocolate pretzels
Grease 2 six-inch round or 1 12 inch round pizza pan. Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, blend well.
Combine flour, soda, salt. Gradually add to butter mix, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup each of semisweet and white chocolate chips.
Spread dough evenly onto greased pizza pans. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Working quickly, sprinkle crust with remaining semisweet and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips; drop peanut butter by tbspful onto crust. Let stand 5 minutes or until softened. Gently spread over crust.
Decorate with desired toppings. Gently melt 1/2 cup remaining white chocolate in microwave – watch closely and stir often. Spoon into ziplock back and snip small corner to drizzle over top of pizzas.
